The Metairie

The Metairie in coated linen is the perfect autumn shoe... The waterproof linen is raw cut. The top linen is high, and the overall look is very modern, with a beautifully crafted, wooden veneer heel. This shoe is unusual and compliments both a casual and formal look. The lining starts low in comparison to the upper, accentuating the raw cut of the linen. The heel height is 5cm (2 inches), so totally manageable. Memory foam-lined for extra comfort... We’re happy to have this style back in shop. The fit is giving. The zip on the back is a working zip for ease into the shoe. It’s made from one piece of linen cut on the bias for give, and one piece of calf lining, taking one’s foot shape pretty easily...
