EXCHANGE POLICY
Methodology for administering refunds.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
We do not give any refunds for returned goods however we do offer exchanges under the following policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or the wrong size on receipt of the delivery.
If the item(s) you wish to exchange your goods for is of a lower value to that of the original goods we will offer you a credit note for the balance due.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within the number of days as stated in our approval email.
TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
• Your name
• Your email address
• Your telephone number
• Original delivery address
• New delivery address if required
• A receipt or proof of purchase

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Due to short production runs we can’t guarantee that we will be able to exchange a sale item for a product of the same type.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Zoe Lee /T.Konishi Limited, 19 Rue du Parc Royal, Paris, France 75003.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
